How To Get Rid Of Dandruff Permanently?

How To Not Get Dandruff Again?

What causes dandruff?

Dandruff is most common condition that causes the skin on the scalp to flake. And most of the time this condition isn't really serious. And   can be treated by just using a mild dandruff free shampoo.

Dandruff is a chronic skin condition called seborrheic dermatitis. And can range from a minor irritant to a severe rash on the entire scalp. It is generally caused when a skin fungus called malassezia irritates the sebaceous glands. This triggers an immune response, which leads to a scaly rash.

Simply as I said earlier mostly dandruff can be easily treated by using dandruff free shampoo. But if this does not help then you need prescription-strength medication.

There are lot of medications available in the market but again it's essential to apply these medications properly, so I would suggest to talk to your doctor first before opting for these options.

What are the basic Symptoms of dandruff?

Signs and symptoms may include:-

1) Skin flakes on your scalp, hair, eyebrows, beard or mustache and shoulders.

3) Scaly, crusty scalp in infants with cradle cap.

What are the causes of dandruff?

Dandruff may have several causes:-

2) Not shampooing enough.

3) A yeastlike fungus that feeds on oils on the scalps of most adults.

4) Dry skin.

5) Sensitivity to hair care products.

Few home remedies that can help you reduce dandruff naturally:-

1) Tea Tree Oil:-
Tea tree oil is very effective at fighting the specific strain of fungus that can cause both seborrheic dermatitis and dandruff.

2) Aloe Vera:-
The antibacterial and antifungal properties of aloe vera can help you in protecting against dandruff.

3) Reduce Stress:-
Stress doesn't cause dandruff but it can aggravate symptoms like dryness and itching. And stress also affects your immune system so due to which your body cannot fight against fungal infection and skin conditions that contributes to dandruff.
