How To Get Rid Of Eczema On Your Face?

How To Reduce Redness Of Eczema On Your   Face?

What triggers eczema on face?

One of the common cause for eczema is allergies. In certain allergies you can develop subsequent rashes. And most of the people who have eczema can tend to have an over-reactive immune system and when triggered by a substance outside or inside the body is reponded to produce inflammation. It is this inflammation that causes the red, itchy and painful skin symptoms which are common to most type of eczema.

Now some people with eczema have a mutation of the gene responsible for creating filaggrin. Filaggrin is a protein that binds to keratin fibers in epithelial cells. It is a protein that helps our bodies maintain a healthy protective barrier on the very top layer of the skin and without enough filaggrin to build a strong skin barrier moisture can escape and bacteria, viruses and more can enter your skin.

And lastly most of the people with eczema have extreme dry and infection-prone skin.

Most Common Triggers:-

1) DRY SKIN: When your skin gets too dry, it can easily become brittle, scaly, rough and tight which can further lead to an eczema flare-up.

2) IRRITANTS:  There can be certain products and even natural substances which can cause your skin to burn and itch or become dry and red.

3) STRESS:  Emotional stress can trigger eczema. Some people's eczema symptoms get worse when they're feeling stressed. Others may become stressed just knowing they have eczema and this can make their skin flare up.

How can you naturally reduce eczema?

1) ALOE VERA GEL:-  Aloe vera contains antibacterial and antimicrobial properties which can prevent skin infections which most likely occur on dry and cracked skin. Aloe vera's wound-healing properties can soothe broken skin and promote healing.

2) COCONUT OIL:-  Coconut oil contains healthful fatty acids that can add moisture to the skin which can help with dry skin and eczema. Simply just apply cold-pressed virgin coconut oil directly to the skin after bathing and every time your skin feels dry. Also use it overnight to keep your skin moisturized.
