How do you stop dry scalp?
1) Try to use less irritating shampoo.
2) Switch to any moisturizing shampoo.
3) Reduce the frequency of shampooing your hair.
4) Drink at least 7-8lrts of water every single day.
5) Use a humidifier to prevent your skin from drying.
6) Try and use fewer chemicals based products in your hair.

Cold and icy winters may bring along a lot of dryness and can make your skin and hair look dull. One of the best ways to avoid dryness on your skin and hair is by hydrating yourself and what's better than water. Apart from water, there are foods that can naturally keep your scalp from drying. Dry scalp is a sign of not getting enough essential fatty acids in your diet. Fatty foods like fish, flaxseeds, canola oil, soybeans, pumpkin seeds, walnut, etc. Also, make sure to intake plenty of vitamin A in your diet such as eggs, dairy products, orange fruits, vegetables, sweet potatoes, etc. Scalp and skin health require quite some oxygen and nutrients to be available to the cells, substances that are carried throughout the body by the blood. For that try an include more leafy greens, nuts, tofu, poultry, beans, etc in your diet.
How to get rid of dry scalp naturally?
1) Baking Soda:- Make a paste of baking soda and rose water. Apply the paste on your scalp and massage it gently for 2-3 minutes. Rinse it with cool water.
2) Tea Tree Oil:- Mix a few drops of tea tree oil with a carrier oil like coconut oil or olive oil and massage it into your scalp. Leave it on for almost 10 minutes before washing.
3) Apple Cider Vinegar:- Mix one part apple cider vinegar with two parts water and apply it directly to the scalp. Leave it on for 5 minutes before washing.
